So much to tell everyone.....I dropped the ball bigtime on letting everyone know of my engagement!
On July 14th, while I was on vacation at the outbanks with Ian, he proposed to me!
I of course accepted and now I have to wait to plan my wedding as I will be starting school in 2 weeks!
Though I want to start planning...I don't think planning my wedding 2 years in advance would do me any good, though I'm excited to plan it! I love to plan parties...not to mention I love to party! :)
School will be a little less than 2 years, so May 20011 is my graduation date and I'm hoping to either do my wedding soon after that.
Any ideas, knowledge, info, fun facts, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
AND! I miss everyone as I don't get a chance to make it up there often, but I have carved out some travel time around Christmas! YAY!

Hopefully you two can make it up here for the holidays this year. Then we can all see the big rock he gave you!
Congrats!! We sure would love to see you guys at Christmas. My only advice as far as wedding planning is this - if it's going to be spring of 2011, try not to schedule it on top of Lorraine's graduation and/or open house. Oh, and if you want people to dance at the reception, hire a band.
Tell us more about the 2 years of school - I know you told us before, but I forgot.
