We did it.

Up and over the Thorong La Pass on the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. A mere 5,416 meters (17,769 ft) above sea level.

Thanks to cloudy skies in Pokhara the day after the pass our flight from Jomson back to Kathmandu (with a layover in Pokhara) was cancelled, so we got to see the whole circuit, albeit via a long and bumpy jeep/bus ride.

Wow that was fun.

BTW, do we have our holiday plans all ironed out? Inquiring minds....

Wow! Looks like it was a little coolish, but great views. I don't see any headlights or trekking poles. Did they make it there or more importantly, back.
