The Dadiator did what nobody else has done all year. And in the process revealed a cunning tactic to entice our Fearless Leader to type into this blog. If I had known that all it takes to get RideRx to drop a post on us is to send her a personal e-mail, I would have written one asking her about the latest and best treatment for chronic hemorrhoids. Armed as I am with this valuable knowledge she can expect all manner of electronic correspondence which she is hereby expressly enjoined from subsequently posting on this site. So you can all look forward to copious new RiderX posts on topics ranging from the aforementioned to incontinence in geriatric canines, toenail fungus, debt collection from both debtor and collector perspectives, and the meaning of life, among other things.
On this day it occurs to me that this site has been surprisingly free of political discourse and opinion. So it is with a tiny bit of trepidation that I wade into the following waters. I happened to have a snow day today, so I was able to watch (listen to) the inauguration of the new Decider. Apart from feeling proud that this country finally voted its hopes over its fears, I mostly feel relieved that a grown up is finally in charge again after close to thirty years of various adolescent frat boy doofuses, serial adulterers, reflexive liars, demented demagogues and hucksters of low character who proved willing and eager, over and over, to sell out this country and the Constitution that they swore to defend for mere money.
I could go on and on and on, as you all are too well aware. So let me change the subject to cool pictures of this weird planet taken by the black helicopter guys (and gals) and their ilk at various high tech governmental agencies. Here they are in all their other- worldliness. A fun little game is to scroll down to see each picture but not far enough to reveal the caption, and then guess at what and/or where you are looking (at). I got a couple of them. But some look like electron microscopic pictures of salt crystals or whatknot.
Anyways.
Long Live the Republic.

Neat pictures from space. Of course I was able to get them all without looking at the descriptions except the one where they had it upside down with north at the top and the one where they changed the color.
