Day 3 in the Tetons: Rider X, cousin Dan and I on 40 mile bike ride at 6:45 a.m., 40 degrees, brrrrrr. Followed by an 8-mile white water raft trip with all 5 of us with Dan as our super guide. I was the only one thrown in the river at the Big Kahuna- what a blast! Dan is headed back to Salt Lake City - we will miss him!

Matching Orbeas. Nice. And the scenery would probably be pretty if all those stacks of rock weren't in the way. Wish I was there instead of here, or wherever I am. Forty degrees,though. That's a bit extreme. Flattish ride today or did y'all have a little up and down? Keep the cards and letters coming for those of us busting our humps in the salt mines.
